Set sail towards the golden horizon,
catching the summer's breeze,
Coasting along the belt of Orion,
barely skimming Canes Venatici.
Sails maneuver through the stars,
in still waters they tread,
pushing through the sand, leaving scars,
in constellations already dead.
Set sail towards the skies,
filled with heavenly figures,
the sea reflected in your eyes,
where the starlight lingers.
Sails catching moon beams,
leaving trails in their wake,
the world is only but a dream,
when you're half awake.
Set sail towards banks of paradise,
let the winds overtake you,
dip your feet into the moonlight,
let the pale light bathe you.
Sails left to wander space,
as your eyes grow weary,
a half-smile upon your face,
as you finally fall asleep.
