You tell me I'm beautiful,
you tell me I'm kind.
Do you know how many times I lied?
You say you believe in me,
you say I'm like an angel,
a descendant from heaven.
It makes me cry.

How do you not see who I am?
How are you so blind?
You compliment me,
but who you say I am is who I should be.
I know I'm messed up.
I know I have a twisted mind.
You tell me the opposite.
Why?

You say I'm compassionate,
the only thing thats keeping you alive.
Don't you find that contradicting?
You said you would Die for me.
I'm not worth it.

I live with a constant pain,
I know I have to push you away.
It sickens me.
I can't let you see through my charade.
Leave before I hurt you more than I already have.
